Carla Bonina is an Associate Researcher at the Latin American Open Data Initiative (ILDA) and Assistant Professor of Innovation at Surrey Business School, UK. Carla has more than ten years of experience researching in topics related to innovation, public policy and digital economy in Europe and Latin America. Carla provides regular advice to governments, international organizations and start-ups on issues of governance and open data, social entrepreneurship and value creation in innovation processes. Carla holds a Ph.D. in Management from the London School of Economics (LSE), UK and a Masters in Public Policy from CIDE, Mexico. She holds a degree in economics from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina
