At ILDA we have as one of our main lines of work that of collaborating with the development of a community of practice in Latin America. In order to fulfill this role, we believe that we need to deepen our knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of this community (civil society, government, private sector).
In this context, we are beginning to explore the competencies, abilities, and skills of professionals working with open data in the region and what are the competencies of organizations, including national and regional governments, civil society organizations, among others.
