Juan Ignacio Belbis is an Associate Researcher of the Latin American Open Data Initiative (ILDA). He is a consultant in civic innovation and collaborates with different governments and civil society organizations in the development of public policies that are based on government openness and active transparency. He has worked as technical and political adviser for the Ministry of Government of the Province of Buenos Aires and also for the Senate of the Argentina. He holds a Masters in Content Management at Universidad Austral, Argentina. He teaches in undergraduate and post postgraduate courses.
