Computer Engineer graduated from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of the Republic (Uruguay). He has worked on various open data projects over the last 10 years and is part of DATA Uruguay. He currently develops his professional activity both in the private and academic areas in conjunction with the technical support of ILDA.
