The application presents data on the expenditure of Sao Paulo, Brazil, on a map of the city in real time. In addition, the platform is integrated with e-sic to submit public information requests. Both the request and the response are published for everyone to check.
This project is the adaptation of another Avina Foundation initiative, developed in Uruguay by DATA UY, which is called “Por mi Barrio“. The latter is a digital platform
“For my neighborhood” is an online platform for citizen complaints related to vandalism or the poor state of the streets -recognized for the level of citizen participation and the commitment of the public authorities-.
