Dengue is one of the fastest growing diseases and it affects 390 million people, approximately, in the world. Currently the data needed to develop research and applications to understand and manage the epidemics of this disease are highly variable and poorly interoperable. This paper presents a new data model based on the analysis of supply and demand of data related to dengue. This data is presented in formats based on open data standards, maximizing its ability to use and reuse. Finally, an open source prototype is presented, which uses the data to present dynamic risk and incidence maps by departments and districts, allowing the data to be navigated, filtered and downloaded again in open data formats.
